Perth real estate: Property sales hit 12-year high

 Perth property sales have hit levels not seen since 2010 on the back of strong buyer demand.

In April, the median selling time for homes was 13 days, while the volume of listings were one per cent higher than March and 11 per cent lower than April last year.

Mack Hall Sales Real Estate in association with Knight Frank Executive Greg Williams said a high sales volume and low property listings would result in a continuation of supply shortages, which had driven the market since the end of 2020.

 Western Australia’s very own Brownes Dairy has won the business world’s equivalent of an Oscar after bringing back the morning milk man. To be entirely correct, the Perth-based marketing team from Multiplier Media won the award, after the dairy company launched household deliveries during the peak of Perth’s COVID-19 pandemic. Port Denison residents consider legal action over ongoing power network failures

 Residents of a regional West Australian community are threatening legal action against Western Power as ongoing outages bring more than a decade of frustration to a boiling point. Located about 350 kilometres north of Perth, Port Denison and Dongara are at the end of a long feeder line from Geraldton. Infrastructure supplying power to the towns is spread out across a wide area and is exposed to the elements.
